The following are a list of sites you may find helpful in following the campaign, networking with fellow Obama supporters, or just becoming involved progressive politics as a whole. Except for Barack Obama’s National Campaign site, the following sites are not affiliated with or endorsed by Barack Obama or his campaign. These links for information purposes only. Some may be helpful and some not. Please report any sites that you find offensive. This list isn’t comprehensive. There are thousands of progressive and Obama websites. Polls:

Real Clear is a poll of polls and lots more. There are lots of poll sites on the net and it seems that they all have different numbers. Real Clear publishes the major polls and creates a running average so you can get a quick fix or a detailed look at how the horse race is going. Check out the blogs and other information while you are there.

The two main social network sites are Facebook and Myspace. There are loads of Obama Groups on each site. Some are local groups like Olympia for Obama on Facebook and other’s are regional or national. Some are useful and other’s not so much so. However, Internet social networking is the tool that is changing the face of politics in America. Social Network sites are grassroots politics at it’s best. The effect use of these sites is what allows Barack to out organize and out fundraise the Clinton campaign so effectively. Join up. Get involved and learn how 21st. Century politics works. Videos:

You can get video all over the net. Google, Yahoo and all the news outlets, have video feeds. If you miss a speech or an event and want to watch it later, you can bet someone put it on Youtube. You can watch all the commercials and music videos too.

Blogs: There are thousands of blogs. They cross link so go a few sites and click on the links to others. Bookmark the ones you find the most useful.
